Fraud and Embezzlement. Local newspaper manager used company funds for personal use. Investigated books and records to determine the extent of the embezzlement and presented finding to counsel.

Due Diligence. Engaged by venture capitalist to investigate a sports magazine that was the target of a buyout. Investigated books and records and interviewed key management and personnel. Found several material issues and adjustments that lowered the purchase price. The deal was consummated and the new owners (client) are pleased with the deal.
