Partnership Dispute. Assistance with representation of minority shareholder in general partner of very successfully national restaurant venture. Minority shareholder sued majority shareholder to enforce terms of a contract giving him right to participate in all similar, future restaurant ventures. In addition to repudiating plaintiff's involvement in future ventures, defendant also withheld certain payments due to minority shareholder. Performed extensive review of books and records of restaurants, noted questionable transactions and reviewed them with companies' chief financial officers. Testified at trial on certain transactions and their impact on general partnership and plaintiff's interests. Determined fees and distributions owed to plaintiff.
