Summary

Paul provides business, litigation and valuation services. He has over 26 years of management and finance experience, in a variety of industries, as a Chief Financial Officer in private industry and as an audit senior at KPMG, an international accounting and consulting firm.

Paul has been a CPA since 1980 and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). He is an active member of the AICPA and a member of their Business Valuation and Forensic & Litigation Services Group. He is also active member of the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA) and is a member of theirEconomic Damages, Fraud and Business Valuation sections.

Paul is also an active member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Forensic Expert Witness Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. Paul is also active in the high school outreach program for CalCPA and serves on its Communications Advisory Council. He has over 1,200 hours of continuing education from the AICPA, CalCPA and other executive management and technical programs in accounting, finance and management, law, and business valuations. Paul has testified as an expert witness in various litigation matters.
